I do prefer contact by email, as this is far easier for my having 3 children including a toddler I am in and out most of the day on School Runs etc, and I can't guarantee that if you give me a call that my toddler wont be screaming in the background while I am trying to talk on the telephone to you!  But I do appreciate that there may be times that you would like to speak to me in person.  I love chatting about Disney to my customers too!
