April 2011 - Royal Mail have just increased their postage prices, as well as a recent increase also in my packaging materials recently and so unfortunately I have to amend my prices too, (my prices havent changed since July 2010) ...

So, PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR UK P&P Prices have changed slightly we  offer Free UK Postage on all orders over £49.99.  All orders up to £14.99 are now £2.75  Orders from £15 - £49.99 are now £1.95.  This is because that the majority of my orders are between £25 and £30 and each parcel costs in excess of £3 now to send and I cannot continue to pay for all of the postage myself as it is not economical.  I hope that you all understand and continue to support our store, £1.95 is approx half the costs and certainly alot less than the majority of other Scrapbook Stores offer.  Your orders will also be sent recorded delivery too for that price!!Please see below for increases to Worldwide services too

Packaging

I take utmost pride and care when packaging up your items to make sure that they arrive in the same condition that they left me in.  All orders containin Scrapbook Papers are first placed into plastic re-sealable bags. Then they are packaged up in very strong boxes designed to send records.  I use lots of cellotape to protect the edges. If you are just buying stickers – they are also sent in a re-sealable plastic and then I use stiff card to protect them so that they do not bend in the post.  They are then placed in padded jiffy bags or Plastic mailers

Postage Prices:

I offer flat rate prices for as many items as you wish to purchase:

UK

1st Class Recorded - Insured up to £30 and trackable - £3.75

 Special Delivery - £7.50

Once your item is posted it is down to Royal Mail to delivery and I cannot be held responsible should your item get lost or damaged in the post but I always obtain a certificate of posting from Royal Mail which can be provided should you need to make a claim if your item.  A package is not deemed lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days after the date it was posted so please bear this in mind.  If you are at all anxious about delivery then I would advise you to pay for 1st Class Recorded for peace of mind. This way your items will have a tracking number and be insured up to £30.  Or I would personally recommend Special Delivery

Europe & Worldwide

Your orders will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail or Airsure / Insured depending on the value of your order,  This is usually takes around 5 - 7  working days for Europe and 7 - 14 working days for everywhere else,  of course this may vary from time to time and is only a guide.

Insurance is included on Worldwide orders over £15 and orders to Europe over £15.  I always obtain a certificate of posting for all of my orders.

Other Info

I aim to go to the Post Office 2 – 3 times a week.  If you would like to know when I will be able to post your order then please contact me.  If there is a problem then I will let you know.   I am unable to post items everyday due to other family commitments.
